What should I do regarding the multitude and accumulation of business debts, with the impossibility of fulfilling them under current market conditions?

One burdened by debt is advised to be patient and strive for lawful earnings to compensate for losses and repay the debt, reduce personal expenses, and seek permission from creditors for an extension. Furthermore, one must mend the relationship with Allah through seeking forgiveness (Istighfar), repentance (Tawbah), and righteous deeds. One should also have a good opinion of Allah, especially if intending to repay. It is encouraged to turn to Allah in supplication (Du'a) during times when prayers are answered. Among the recommended supplications are: "O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful against Your unlawful, and enrich me with Your grace beyond anyone else," and "O Allah, Master of all sovereignty...," and "O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant..."
