Is the failure to facilitate the repayment of debts a punishment from Allah, and what should one do for Allah to relieve him, knowing that he supplicates to Him and remembers Him?

The debtor should address his situation by resorting to Allah and mending his relationship with Him, increasing in seeking forgiveness (Istighfar), sending blessings upon the Prophet, supplicating with the Greatest Name of Allah (Al-Ism Al-A'zham), reciting the supplication of distress (Du'a al-Karb), and the supplication of Yunus (Du'a Yunus), and consistently reciting the well-known supplications for settling debts.
