Is it permissible for a woman to pray Isha after midnight?

The preferred time for the 'Isha prayer begins from the disappearance of the red twilight and extends until one-third of the night, based on the Hadith of Jibreel. It has also been said that it extends until midnight, according to what Anas and Ibn 'Umar narrated about the Prophet (peace be upon him) delaying it until midnight.

The most sound and preferred opinion is to delay it until one-third of the night or its middle, for those who do not find it difficult and will not miss the virtue of congregational prayer. This is supported by the Hadith: "Were it not for the weakness of the weak... I would have commanded this prayer to be delayed until half the night." It is important to note that midnight is calculated from sunset to the break of dawn, and is not necessarily 12:00 AM.
