The question

What is the ruling on a wife who eats, drinks, and resides from the money of her husband who works in selling songs? And are her prayers, supplications, food, drink, and dwelling unlawful? And what should she do when she is weak and unable to prevent her husband from this work? And is it permissible for her to reside in a house that her husband bought with money from selling songs?

The answer

If a husband earns a living from selling (forbidden) songs, then his money is haram, and his wife must explain to him the impermissibility of his work and the necessity of his repentance. If he responds, then all praise is due to Allah. Otherwise, she is not permitted to eat from his money except what is necessary, while continuing to disapprove to the best of her ability. This applies if all of the husband's money is haram. However, if it is mixed (some lawful and some unlawful), then there is no blame upon her for eating from his money.
