Is it permissible for a Muslim man to attend church service with his Christian wife, and how can he handle this matter without harming the family relationship?

Firstly: Hasten to embrace Islam, which is an easy process.

Secondly: It is permissible for you to marry the woman if she embraces Islam or if she is from the People of the Book (Christian or Jewish), provided she has repented from unlawful relationships and become chaste.

Thirdly: The children born to this woman without marriage are not attributed to you, but to her. However, this does not prevent you from caring for them, spending on them, and endeavoring to invite them and their mother to Islam.

Fourthly: We do not recommend attending church and participating in rituals of disbelief due to the associated prohibitions. However, this should not be an obstacle to your embracing Islam. Hasten to embrace Islam, and Allah will help you overcome the obstacles.
