What is the ruling on shunning female colleagues who stir up discord and plot against other female employees, knowing that this shunning does not deter them, but it brings psychological comfort to the one shunning and removes from her the obsessions of hatred and animosity?

Rarely is a society in which humans live free from problems caused by envy or misunderstanding. A Muslim should be patient and understand that trials may carry blessings. One should also avoid suspicious situations, forgive and pardon those who err, and abandon those who deserve to be abandoned for the sake of benefit. Mutual advice prevails in Muslim society, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Religion is naseeha (sincere advice)."
