What do you advise my wife and what should I do regarding her extreme jealousy of my supervision of female teachers, even though I deal with them according to Islamic Sharia, lower my gaze, avoid seclusion, and only speak in the presence of the principal, knowing that this is my profession at which I excel?

Mixing with women and speaking with them is among the most dangerous things that can cause a man to fall into the snares of Satan, due to the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "I have not left behind me a trial more harmful to men than women." Therefore, if the inspector takes precautions by lowering his gaze, avoiding seclusion with non-mahram women, and refraining from speaking with them, and if the female teachers take precautions by covering their bodies and adornments, then there is no harm in his work. The wife is advised to avoid suspicion, due to the saying of Allah the Almighty: "O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin," and the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the falsest of speech."
