How should one interact with female colleagues at work, whether they are religiously committed or not?

You must deal with women at work by obeying Allah's command to lower your gaze and not speak with them except out of necessity dictated by work interests. You should also be cautious in your interactions with them, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I have not left behind me any trial more harmful to men than women."
