What is the ruling of Islamic law on dealing with the harassment by some girls in the workplace?

The trial of women is one of the greatest and most dangerous trials for a Muslim, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "I have not left behind me any trial more harmful to men than women," and "Beware of the world and beware of women, for the first trial of the Children of Israel was concerning women."
