What is the ruling on buying a suit with a symbol of devil worshippers (a skull and crossbones) without prior knowledge?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to wear the clothing of polytheists, especially if it includes symbols like those of devil worshipers. Anyone who possesses such garments must dispose of them either by returning them to the seller and informing him of the impermissibility of selling them, or by tearing them up. If the symbol can be removed in such a way that nothing indicating it remains, then it is permissible to wear the garment.
