Children playing in the apartment complex corridors, and the accompanying noise, littering, and kicking the door with a ball, is considered a harm, and harming a neighbor carries a severe warning, and one should not underestimate even a little of it. Al-Manawi said: "Harming a neighbor, even if it is slight, is not forgiven, for though it may be small in measure, it is great in sin." Therefore, the guardians of these children must prevent them from harming their neighbors.
