Is it permissible to perform a Sharia-compliant marriage contract with a girl for the purpose of chastity and protection, despite the mother's rejection of this common custom of not marrying without documentation? And does this contract permit seclusion, kissing, and touching the contracted woman? Is it permissible to enjoy her before paying the dowry? And is it permissible to shake hands with the fiancée and the fiancée's mother?

Documentation is not a condition for the validity of the marriage contract. If the contract fulfills its pillars and conditions, it is valid, and the wife becomes permissible for her husband. He may enjoy her even if the dowry has not been paid. The wife, however, may refuse until she receives the prompt dowry.

The permissibility of enjoying the wife does not depend on the payment of the dowry; it is permissible even if the dowry has not been paid.

It is permissible for a man to shake hands with his wife's mother immediately upon the conclusion of the contract. However, before the legitimate contract, it is not permissible to shake hands with the fiancée or her mother, nor to speak with them except within the bounds of necessity and while adhering to Islamic guidelines.

Regarding the mother's refusal, it is advised to try to persuade her gently, or to seek mediation from someone who has influence over her. If the mother insists on refusing and the son fears temptation for himself, there is no sin upon him in completing the marriage without her consent, and this is not considered an act of disobedience.
