Is it permissible for drivers of goods or passenger transport vehicles, who travel daily, to shorten their prayers according to the Maliki school of thought?

Whoever sets out on a journey for a permissible purpose, long enough to permit shortening prayers (approximately 83 km), may shorten the four-rak'ah prayer to two rak'ahs while en route. However, he should not shorten prayers in the destination town unless he intends to stay there for a period not exceeding four days. This ruling also applies to a car driver who travels between towns. The Malikis have stipulated the permissibility of shortening prayers for the "nūti" (ship's servant) even if his family is with him, and a car driver is even more deserving of this concession.
