The answer

People will be called on the Day of Judgment by their names and their fathers' names in the موقف الحشر والحساب (gathering and reckoning) and when entering Paradise or Hell. There is no evidence that they will be given a new name. Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "This is a book from the Lord of the worlds, containing the names of the people of Paradise, and the names of their fathers, and their tribes... And this is a book from the Lord of the worlds, containing the names of the people of Hell, and the names of their fathers, and their tribes." Furthermore, the Hadith of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) about the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) vision of a palace for Umar ibn al-Khattab in Paradise indicates that their names will remain.
