Water is sufficient to purify the impure madhi (pre-seminal fluid) and whatever it touches on the body. For clothes, sprinkling them suffices according to many scholars. As for mani (semen), the preponderant opinion is that it is pure, but it is recommended to wash it to avoid disagreement. The hand does not become impure by placing it on the penis unless there is impurity on it. Similarly, if a Christian places their hand on your clothes after touching their penis, your clothes do not become impure. The default is purity, and we warn against obsessive doubts (waswasah).
