Is wiping with a piece of cloth dampened with water sufficient to purify semen (mani), prostatic fluid (wadi), and pre-seminal fluid (madhi) when they come into contact with something?

The preponderant opinion is that semen is pure. As for madhy (pre-seminal fluid) and wady (a thick, white discharge that may appear after urination), they are impure. They are purified by pouring water over them until the impurity itself and its trace, whether color or smell, are removed. Wiping the area soiled by madhy and wady with a wet cloth is not sufficient for purification.
