Is the questioner considered divorced or still legally married, knowing that her husband divorced her in absentia and verbally took her back during her waiting period without intercourse, and her waiting period has ended?

If your husband had not divorced you twice before this absentee divorce, then he may take you back during your iddah (waiting period), for Allah the Almighty says: "And their husbands have more right to take them back in that [period]." Consummation is not a condition for the رجعة (revocation of divorce); rather, it is valid through a statement. So, if your husband pronounced the revocation, it is valid, and you return to his marital bond Islamically. It is not a condition that he touch you during the iddah.
