Does an unmarried woman who has been raped and became pregnant have an iddah, and is it permissible to marry her before she gives birth?

It is impermissible to marry a woman who was raped until her 'iddah (definition) (waiting period) has concluded. If she is pregnant, her 'iddah is the delivery of the baby. This is to prevent the mixing of lineages and to prohibit inheritance for those who are not entitled to it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade approaching a woman who is "mujh" (close to childbirth) before she gives birth, and he sternly warned against doing so. Similarly, it is impermissible to marry an adulteress until she repents and her 'iddah concludes, which, if she is pregnant, is the delivery of the baby.
