What is the directive regarding seeking blessings from Jurayj the worshipper, as mentioned in the hadith: "So they approached Jurayj, kissing him and seeking blessings from him (yatamasahūn bih)"? And is this permissible in the law of those before us but forbidden in our law?

Only three infants spoke in the cradle: Jesus, the child of Jurayj, and the third child in the story of the woman who was suckling her infant. It is not possible to use the story of Jurayj as proof of the permissibility of seeking blessings through touching (al-tamasuh); because the law of those before us does not become our law except with two conditions: that it is proven to have been a law for those before us, and that our law does not contradict it. These two conditions are not met in Jurayj's story, as it is not proven that touching was permissible for them; rather, it was an act based on their whims, and our law contradicts it. Seeking blessings through relics is exclusive to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the Companions did not do it with each other, nor did the Tabi'un with the Companions.
