Is it reprehensible to ask one's mother to supplicate, even though it is reprehensible to ask others to supplicate?

Disliking asking others for supplication applies to someone who asks for supplication solely for their own benefit, unlike someone who asks with the intention of benefiting the one being asked. As for a mother's supplication, it is answered due to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "There are three supplications that are undoubtedly answered: the supplication of a parent, the supplication of a traveler, and the supplication of one who has been wronged." And a mother's supplication is more deserving of being answered.
