Does throwing a booklet on the ground that contains names of Qur'anic surahs have the same ruling as throwing a Mushaf? And is stopping oneself from completing the word "that thing" when referring to a Mushaf placed on the ground considered a belittling of it, and is it beneficial not to complete the word?

If notebooks contain the names of some Surahs of the Qur’an, they do not fall under the ruling of the Mus'haf (copy of the Qur'an). However, it is not permissible to intentionally throw them away, because they are revered in Islamic law. If you throw them away unintentionally, there is no sin upon you. As for your statement, "Lift that thing up," referring to the Mus'haf, it appears that this is not considered a sign of disrespect. We advise you to turn away from whisperings (waswas) and not pay attention to them.
