Is it permissible to own more than one Mushaf (copy of the Quran) in the home, as some claim that this is forbidden?

There is no harm in owning more than one copy of the Qur’an, nor in reading from all of them or suffice with one, as there is no legal impediment. There may be benefits in owning more than one copy of the Qur’an, such as others reading from it. As for the mentioned hadith of Anas, it is weak and has not been authentically narrated with a sound chain of transmission, and there is no harm in not reading from the Mus'haf (copy of the Qur’an).
