Is it permissible to take the trace of the envier without her knowledge, for the purpose of using the trace in treating the envied, and is it valid to do so without the knowledge of the envied?

It is permissible to perform Ruqyah (definition) on the sick person with the prescribed Ruqyah, and to supplicate for him with the reported supplications, and to give charity on his behalf, and to give him Zamzam water to drink, and to treat him with Prophetic medicines such as black seed and honey. If the person who cast the evil eye is known, he should wash himself or wash his limbs, then the afflicted person should wash with that water. There is no basis for washing the clothes of the person who cast the evil eye and giving the water from that washing to the sick person to drink. It is obligatory not to accuse the maid without evidence.
