Is the wife considered sinful if she asks her husband to visit her without staying overnight, given her longing for him in bed, and knowing that he has recently remarried?

Whoever marries more than one wife is obligated to deal justly between his wives; otherwise, he would be a transgressor and a sinner. The obligatory justice is in lodging and sustenance. He must divide the days equally between them. So, if he spends a night or more with one of them, he must spend a similar duration with the others. If the new wife is a virgin, he stays with her for seven nights then divides his time. If she is a non-virgin (previously married), he stays with her for three nights then divides his time. Justice is also required in sexual intercourse, so he is not permitted to abandon intercourse with his wife unless he has a valid excuse.
