How is the inheritance divided among the wife, the full brother, the paternal half-brother, and the maternal half-brother?

The wife receives one-fourth due to the absence of a direct heir. The maternal brother receives one-sixth. The remainder goes to the full brother by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the nearest male." The paternal brother receives nothing, as he is completely excluded by the full brother. The inheritance is divided into twelve shares: the wife receives three shares, the maternal brother receives two shares, and the remaining seven shares go to the full brother. Issues related to inheritances should be referred to the Sharia courts.
