What is the ruling on hosting a mosque imam with a beautiful voice to lead the Fajr prayer for dormitory students, with the consent of the regular imam, in order to achieve influence through the Quran?

There is no harm in listening to the recitation of an Imam who has a beautiful voice and is skilled in recitation, in order to energize the students, especially if the regular Imam grants permission for it. Indeed, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, listened to the recitation of Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari and was pleased with it.
