Is the presence of a witness necessary to prove a claim of apostasy before the Sharia Court?

A person is held accountable for what they admit before a judge if they are sane, knowledgeable, intentional, and not coerced. However, proving apostasy requires two just witnesses due to the gravity of its consequences. If the woman remains convinced of disbelief and admits to something that necessitates apostasy, she is considered an apostate if the conditions are met and there are no impediments. The judge must then ask her to repent three times. If she insists on disbelief, she is to be executed based on the Hadith: "Whoever changes his religion, kill him." But if the judge suspects the woman is lying in her admission, he may delay until the matter is proven.
