What is the ruling on bearing false witness in Sharia courts after swearing by Almighty Allah, especially if one of the witnesses is a licensed Sharia official and an imam of a mosque?

Bearing false witness and swearing falsely (the immersion oath) are among the greatest major sins due to the enormity of their transgressions. They have been coupled with polytheism (associating partners with Allah) and unlawful killing. In the Hadith: "Shall I not inform you of the greatest of major sins: associating partners with Allah, disobedience to parents, and false witness," and "The major sins are: associating partners with Allah, disobedience to parents, unlawful killing, and the immersion oath." The matter worsens if it leads to the loss of a Muslim's right. The perpetrator must offer sincere repentance, recant their testimony before those for whom they bore witness, and seek forgiveness from those harmed by their actions.
