Is it permissible for me to marry a female عرفياً (customarily/unofficially) for one day to have intercourse with her and enjoy her, with the aim of regulating my nervous and psychological system and transitioning to the other gender, and then divorce her three times, and would this customary marriage remove me from the realm of fornication (zina)?

An 'Urfi marriage, if its conditions are not met, such as the presence of a guardian (wali), is disguised adultery. The remedy is to clearly understand the obscenity of these acts, and that there is no lawful way for lust to be fulfilled except through a sound marriage with all its pillars fulfilled. Otherwise, one must resort to patience, supplication, fasting, remembrance (dhikr), diligent worship, and avoiding causes of temptation. One must be firm with the blameworthy self (nafs al-ammarah bi al-su'), occupying it with what benefits it, and keeping it away from doubtful situations and causes of temptation.
