Am I permitted to help young men marry by providing them with the numbers of suitable girls' families without the knowledge of my husband, who has forbidden me from doing so, and would I be sinful in this case?

This endeavor is good and provides assistance to people. Allah helps a servant as long as the servant helps his brother. However, if your husband prevents you from continuing this work, you are obliged to obey him, because obeying him in such a matter is considered obedience in what is good, and obedience to the husband takes precedence over obedience to parents, as long as he does not command disobedience.
