Are the angels compelled or given free will?

People have differed concerning the accountability of Jinn and angels. The correct view is that Jinn are accountable and possess free will. As for angels, Allah created them with an innate disposition for obedience. However, their nature does not permit disobedience, and they are not burdened with the same responsibilities as human beings. Nevertheless, they are commanded to worship and obey.
