What is the share in the inheritance for the second wife who did not bear children from the deceased, knowing that the deceased's heirs are: two wives (one of whom bore him children and the other did not), two sons, and two full brothers?

If a man dies leaving two wives and two sons, then the wives get one-eighth of the inheritance, equally divided between them, whether the sons are theirs or not. The remaining inheritance goes to the two sons by way of ta’sib (agnatic inheritance). The full brothers get nothing, as they are excluded by the presence of the son. The estate is divided into sixteen shares: two shares for the two wives, one for each wife, and seven shares for each son. The matter must be brought before the Sharia courts to investigate it and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other heirs.
