What is the solution for recurring family, financial, and psychological problems, and what can be done about them?

Happiness is achieved by following God's straight path, believing in Him, and performing righteous deeds. Sins are a cause of misery. If there is a strong suspicion of magic or the evil eye, then ruqyah (Islamic exorcism) is necessary. If the suitor is religious, of good character, and capable of shouldering life's burdens, he should not be rejected; rather, his marriage should be facilitated. Marriage is a cause of richness. If marriage is not facilitated, then one should be patient, ask God for what is good, and avoid forbidden emotional relationships.
