The person in charge must fear Allah the Almighty and be just among his subordinates, remembering his standing before Allah on the Day of Resurrection, and he should know that "each of you is a guardian and each of you is responsible for his flock." It is permissible for an oppressed employee to complain and supplicate against the one who wronged him, and to exert effort to remove the injustice from himself, for Allah the Almighty says: "Allah does not like the public utterance of evil, except by one who has been wronged" and "The recompense of an evil deed is an evil deed like thereof."
