What is the ruling on a female employee being raped by her boss at work, given her inability to confront him for fear of losing her job, and her intense remorse thereafter?

Adultery is one of the gravest sins, and Islam has sternly prohibited it and prescribed severe punishments for it. The punishment for an unmarried adulterer is one hundred lashes, while for a married one, it is stoning to death. Nevertheless, the door to repentance is open, and Allah's mercy is vast. Allah transforms the bad deeds of those who sincerely repent into good deeds. Therefore, the questioner should hasten to sincere repentance and conceal herself with Allah's concealment, not informing anyone of what happened, for one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin.
