What is the share of my mother's paternal uncle and her paternal aunts from the inheritance, after the daughters have received two-thirds and the husband one-quarter?

If the mother's heirs are limited to those mentioned, then her estate is distributed as follows: The husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant (inheriting branch), and the daughters receive two-thirds due to their plurality. The remainder goes to the nearest male 'asaba (agnate), who is the mother's paternal uncle. As for the paternal aunts, they inherit nothing, as they are not among the Ashab al-Furud (recipients of fixed shares) or the 'Asabat (agnates). However, it is recommended to give them something from the inheritance. The matter must be referred to the Sharia courts to investigate the heirs, debts, and bequests.
