If a man divorces his pregnant wife, then takes her back, and two months later divorces her a second time without having intercourse with her, does the second divorce count?

If a man divorces his pregnant wife, the divorce is effective by the consensus of jurists. Ibn Abd al-Barr held that divorcing a pregnant woman is a Sunnah divorce. Likewise, divorcing a non-pregnant woman during a period of purity in which he has not touched her is considered a Sunnah divorce and is effective.
