Is withdrawing money from a Mastercard and repaying it to the bank in installments with interest – which is called Tawarruq interest – permissible or forbidden?

The aforementioned transaction is not permissible, even if the institution issues the card and authorizes itself on behalf of the customer to conduct a Tawarruq operation to repay his debt when it becomes due.
