Is it permissible to take out a loan from a bank to work as a freelancer after the husband has completed a year in a hotel that forces him to serve alcohol, given the difficult financial situation and treatment?

Your husband is not permitted to work in a hotel that serves alcohol, and he must hasten to submit his resignation. If he is forced to stay, he should refrain from serving alcoholic beverages. Borrowing with interest (riba) is not permissible except in cases of dire necessity that entail destruction or something close to it, and your situation is not considered as such. We advise you to fear Allah and seek His forgiveness, for whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect. And seeking forgiveness brings provision and wealth.
