What is the punishment for someone who commits fornication with a polytheist woman, especially if she is Hindu?

The punishment for a married (muhsan) free person who commits adultery is stoning to death. This is a consensus among scholars, based on the hadiths concerning the stoning of Ma'iz and Al-Ghamidiyyah. As for the unmarried (non-muhsan) person who commits adultery, their punishment is one hundred lashes, as Allah Almighty says: "The adulteress and the adulterer, flog each one of them one hundred lashes." The adultery of a Muslim with a disbeliever does not nullify the prescribed punishment. If the matter does not reach the ruler, then the adulterer must conceal himself and promptly repent.
