What is the meaning of Allah Almighty’s saying: {And Allah wants to accept your repentance, while those who follow their lusts want you to deviate tremendously}?

The interpretation of the noble verse, "And Allah wishes to accept your repentance, but those who follow their lusts wish that you deviate tremendously" (Quran 4:27), indicates that Allah desires to accept your repentance and to lighten the burdens of religious rulings for you. This lightening has been interpreted as the permissibility of marrying a slave-woman. As for "those who follow their lusts," it has been said they are the adulterers, or the Jews and Christians, or generally, anyone who desires that you deviate from the path of righteousness. Allah's will is divided into two types: a cosmic, predetermined will (meaning His decree, which must occur and may or may not be something Allah loves), and a religious, legislative will (meaning His love, which may or may not occur, and is always something Allah loves).
