Is it permissible, in Islamic law, to give non-halal food to autistic individuals in a school for the care of the disabled?

It is not permissible to offer haram (definition) food because it constitutes aiding in sin, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty." Muslims and non-Muslims are equal in this matter, as non-believers are addressed by the branches of Sharia (definition), according to the preponderant opinion.
