Is it permissible to combine the moderate length of Badal (substitute) with the shortened length of Leen (softening), and to combine the stretching of 'Arid Lil-Sukun (temporary for sukun) with the stretching of Badal?

For Warsh, it is permissible to apply tawassuṭ (2 counts) to madd al-badal through the Way of Al-Azraq, along with qaṣr (shortening) madd al-leen if there is no hamza after the letter of leen. In the case of al-leen al-ʿāriḍ (accidental leen), madd al-badal can combine with al-leen al-ʿāriḍ with them being equal in length, or with al-leen being shorter than al-badal due to its weakness. If madd ʿāriḍ li-l-sukūn (accidental madd due to sukoon) combines with madd al-badal, it is not permissible to shorten al-ʿāriḍ when al-badal has tawassuṭ, because al-ʿāriḍ is stronger than al-badal.
