What is the ruling concerning a woman afflicted with heart disease, thyroid issues, and high blood pressure, who is unable to fast or offer expiation due to not possessing any money, while her husband is unemployed and she has no working children?

If a woman's illness is expected to be cured, she must make up the days she missed fasting after her recovery. However, if her illness is not expected to be cured, she must feed a poor person for each day she missed fasting, approximately 750 grams of food, and this expiation must be from her own money. If she does not possess money, some scholars are of the opinion that it is waived for her, while others believe that it remains a debt upon her that she must fulfill whenever she is able.
