Is it permissible for the one performing Ruqyah to recite verses for summoning Jinn for diagnostic purposes only, without speaking to them?

The impermissible aspect of questioning jinn lies in aggrandizing them and believing everything they report. However, questioning them to ascertain their condition is permissible. The issue of seeking assistance from jinn for permissible matters is absolutely forbidden. As for reciting legal Ruqyah or some Qur’an without speaking to or questioning them, there is no objection to that.
