Does congregational prayer become null for the husband due to childcare, and due to the presence of bidʻah (innovations) in the mosque, such as saying "I intend to pray," believing in the obligation of Qunoot in Fajr, and seeking intercession through the Prophet (peace be upon him)? And is it permissible for the spouses to leave the parents' house despite their disapproval for fear of escalating problems?

Congregational prayer in the mosque is obligatory for every adult, capable man who hears the call. Hearing the call means hearing the adhan (call to prayer) with the usual voice, without a loudspeaker. A man is not excused from leaving congregational prayer due to helping his wife raise or watch a child. The obligation of congregational prayer does not fall away due to the presence of some innovations (bid'ah) in the mosque. The Imam should be advised regarding this, and if the situation does not change, he should move to a mosque free of innovations, if one is found. A husband may move with his wife wherever he wishes, and she is obliged to follow him as long as the place is safe and she has not stipulated that she would not leave her father's house. Obedience to parents in this case is not considered obligatory; obedience to the husband is more rightful.
