How can a wife help her husband, who regularly prays at home, especially Fajr prayer, but does not pray in the mosque, to encourage him to pray in the mosque and to take the initiative to wake up for Fajr?

The preponderant view is that congregational prayer is obligatory for able-bodied men, and its origin is that it should be performed in mosques. Congregational prayer is twenty-seven degrees superior to individual prayer, and many jurists have held it to be obligatory. The fact that the husband prays individually does not mean that he is in a state of evil, but there is a fear that this could lead to negligence and performing the prayer outside its prescribed time. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged prayer where it is called out for in the mosque in congregation. Ibn Mas'ud said: "Whoever wishes to meet Allah tomorrow as a Muslim, let him observe these prayers where they are called out for," and that no one abstains from them except a hypocrite whose hypocrisy is well-known.
