We have not reviewed the aforementioned book in detail, but a general overview revealed that it is beneficial and we advise deriving benefit from it, especially since its authors are trustworthy scholars: Sheikh Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Mutlaq, member of the Council of Senior Scholars and member of the Permanent Committee for Issuing Fatwas, and Sheikh Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Tayyar, Professor of Postgraduate Studies at Qassim University. The book is useful and benefit can be derived from it. No human endeavor is free from observations that do not affect the benefit derived from it.
