What is the authenticity of what was reported from the Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, to Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, concerning the description of Munkar and Nakir and their appearance in the grave, and what they ask the deceased?

The deceased is questioned in their grave about their Lord, their religion, and their Prophet. Two black, blue-eyed angels come to them, one named Munkar and the other Nakir. There is a weak hadith (definition) that describes these two angels with different characteristics (they dig the earth with their fangs, they tread on their hair, their eyes are like flashing lightning, and their voices are like pealing thunder, and with them is a mace so heavy that if all the people of Mina gathered to lift it, they would not be able to do so), but this hadith is not authentic.
