The answer

The worker's procrastination in fulfilling his right is a forbidden injustice from which one must repent. If the worker agrees to take three-quarters of the amount, he has waived his right to the excess. You must return half of the remaining quarter to your partner with whom you agreed to share the worker's wage equally. You must also return the money you took from your brother without his knowledge. For repentance, it is sufficient to return the money to its owner without his knowledge, and it is not permissible to give this money as charity as long as its owner is known.
